Remember that you are WATER - cry, cleanse, flow, sweat, let go.

Remember that you are FIRE - burn, tame, adapt, ignite, tapas.

Remember that you are AIR - observe, breath, focus, decide, pranayama.

Remember that you are EARTH - ground, give, build, heal, regenerate.

Remember that you are SPIRIT - connect, listen, know, be still.

Even when obsticles appear, these elements don’t stop. Water, fire, air, earth and sprit alway find a way to move around challenges, adapt and thrive.
